Spearheaded by our directors David Chatterjee and Ray Decru we quite literally make dreams come true! So, they set out on a mission to change that and that’s how the Vanilla Property Group was born.

With over 20 years in property market David Chatterjee has created a client base over 20,000 people all around the world. After graduating from Victoria University he completed masters of business and started off with his own mortgage and property company since 1997.
David’s wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry helped thousands of Australians to realize their dreams of property ownership. David continues to be involved hands on In the business and now mentors young entrepreneurs to be successful in the property field.
Raymond Decru
Director & Founder
Ray has over 30 years’ experience in property and has helped thousands of customers locally and around Australia realise their dreams. Ray takes great pride in tailoring the right investment solution for each of his customers so they can achieve their financial goals. Ray has extensive knowledge and experience to share and thrives on providing an exceptional customer experience every time.
Originally from Melbourne, Ray now lives with his wife in the wonderful area of Coomera Waters, Queensland.
